Terms of service
Updated 20 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the CinderCue public website and demo request. Paid software access, if offered, will require a separate written subscription agreement that describes the service, pricing, usage limits, support, data handling, and other customer-specific terms.
Website and product information
This website provides general information about a developing subscription service for med spas and aesthetic clinics. The current owner workspace supports clinic setup and clinic-scoped, consented inquiry records. Product demonstrations may use illustrative sample data. Other features, workflows, and integrations must be confirmed for each proposed pilot; nothing on this website represents an untested integration as live.
Pricing and proposals
The monthly amounts displayed on the website are proposed pilot starting points that CinderCue is validating with prospective customers. They are not a final offer or a commitment to provide any particular feature or service. A written proposal and signed customer agreement will govern any paid engagement, including onboarding, usage limits, messaging charges, support, and cancellation terms.
Permitted use and your responsibilities
You may use the website for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or submit information that you are not authorized to share. Do not submit patient, health, payment-card, or other sensitive personal information through the demo form, clinic inquiry form, or ordinary email.
When a clinic owner records an inquiry, the clinic is responsible for its authority to share the contact details and for confirming the contact's permission before saving. Clinic staff handle follow-up themselves; CinderCue does not send automated messages from this workflow.
No medical advice or outcome guarantee
CinderCue is a business communication and lead follow-up tool, not a healthcare provider. Its AI does not diagnose, recommend treatment, assess medical suitability, or provide medical advice. Your qualified staff must handle clinical questions and sensitive situations. CinderCue does not guarantee response, conversion, appointment, revenue, or other business results.
Availability and changes
We may update website content or temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We work to keep information accurate, but the website is provided for general information and may not describe a final or available service configuration.
