CinderCue · Legal
Privacy policy
Updated 20 October 2026
This policy explains how CinderCue handles information when you visit this website, ask about a demo, use clinic owner tools, or discuss a potential subscription. Do not submit patient, health, or other sensitive personal information.
Information you choose to share
The demo request form asks for your name, work email, clinic name, and an optional plan of interest. The form creates a draft message in your email application; it does not send that information to CinderCue automatically. If you send the email, we receive the details you chose to include, along with any information in your reply or other correspondence.
When a signed-in clinic owner records an inquiry, the clinic name and location, contact name and email, general inquiry, consent wording, and consent timestamp are stored with that clinic's workspace record. The owner inbox and inquiry details are available through clinic-owner access. The app does not send messages to the contact automatically. Do not include patient, health, treatment, or other sensitive information.
Our website hosting and security systems may receive basic technical information, such as browser and request details, needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
- Respond to business inquiries and arrange product demonstrations.
- Discuss fit, setup needs, pricing, and a possible pilot with your clinic.
- Operate, maintain, and protect this website and our communications.
- Meet legal obligations and address misuse or security issues.
Service data
Clinic owners are responsible for having authority to enter contact information and confirming the contact's permission before saving an inquiry. Before a paid pilot starts, the parties should document the service scope, permitted data, access controls, retention and deletion expectations, and any service providers involved.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information collected through this website. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website or handle business communications, and when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed, subject to legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you sent in a business inquiry, subject to records we must retain. Clinic owners can contact us about information stored in their workspace. Clinics remain responsible for their contact permissions and any follow-up they choose to make; this app does not send automated messages.
Security and third-party links
We use reasonable measures appropriate to this website and the information involved, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. This site may link to third-party services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
